How the calculation works:

We calculate whether a billionaire has enough wealth to give everyone on Earth a token of the highest nominal value currency.

Where:
\( W_\text{billionaire} \) = billionaire's net worth in billions USD
\( 0.31 \) = conversion factor to Kuwaiti Dinar
\( 10^9 \) = convert billions to USD
\( P_\text{world} \) = global population (~8.2 billion)
